Clone Length Distributions

Clone length estimates are be based upon analysis of fwd/rev-sequenced clones matching to relatively large known sequences (e.g. extrachromosomal elements: mtDNA, rDNA), or larger consistent assemblies.

The following figures present the statistical distribution of observed clone lengths for each of the sequenced DNA libraries. In detail, the plots show the cumulation of relative frequencies (y axis) against rising clone lengths (x axis).
